Getting Started

Sunskool, is an educational resource that has been developed by teachers to support teaching and learning in the areas of renewable energy, (with a focus on solar power), energy efficiency and water conservation.

The activities and resources that have been designed have been developed to suit the curriculum requirements of all Australian States and Territories. The activities have been designed for students from Year 1 (7 year olds) to Year 10 (16 year olds).

The material has been divided into four levels to cater for different age groups and their respective skills and abilities at that age.

Level 1 – Years 1 – 3
Level 2 – Years 4 – 6
Level 3 – Years 7 – 8
Level 4 – Years 9 – 10

While these are the intended age groups for the activities, students may be extended by trying activities in a higher level than their current year level.
